I got an easy autograph today from my Summer Baseball coach at OPRF, Tim Dennehy. Tim Dennehy is a former graduate from OPRF and was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 19th round out of his senior year of High School in 2005 but did not sign. The following year at Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Chandler Arizona, the Yankees selected him in the 26th round of the 2006 MLB First Year Player Draft and signed. Tim spent the 2007 season with the GCL Yankees and the 2008 season with the Staten Island Yankees and ended up being released and moved onto play independently with the Southern Illinois Miners and Windy City Thunderbolts in 2009 then to be retired. He now coaches the Varsity pitchers during the regular season and the incoming sophomores (like me) during the summer. Thanks Tim!
