A great return from a guy who was never actually a Cub. Ryan Roberts was a Cubs non-roster invitee this Spring and was released at one of the last days of camp. If you follow my blog close enough or happened to come across one of my old spring training recaps I got Ryan Roberts autograph and got my photo with him which is at the bottom of this post. I sent these five cards sent c/o the Pawtucket Red Sox and he signed them in a really bad fading Sharpie but I don't care I have double digits in the number of cards I have signed by him. He is a great guy I wish he had ended up with the Cubs he would have been my favorite player he was so nice.
